Ms. Jariel Davis
Jariel Davis, a dedicated educator, earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. With four years of teaching experience in Mississippi, she relocated to Nashville, TN, where she currently teaches fifth grade. Her journey ignited a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, inspiring her pursuit of a Master's in Educational Policy and Leadership at Vanderbilt University. Jariel aims to collaborate with policymakers to analyze and reform educational policies, creating a more inclusive system that meets the needs of all students. As a policy fellow, she advocates for equity, particularly for students of color, and plans to continue this vital work beyond graduation.
