Ms. Erica Calhoun
Dr. Kiara Dotson, Ed.D., is a native of Crockett County, TN. She has been an educator since 2014, in which she has experience in grades K-7. She is currently a seventh grade science teacher at Crockett County Middle School in Alamo, TN. She has a pure and genuine heart for all children and people. Her motto is: Teaching is more than teaching! She loves education so much that she obtained her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Professional Practices to extend many opportunities for students and teachers. Her ultimate goal is to educate teachers on how to be teachers because each student deserves the same love, care, and support from their teacher. As a mother, Dr. Dotson believes in loving each student as her own child.
